I've reached the end of week 3! As I've been saying from the start of this journey, it takes 21 days to create a habit and this week has shown me that I can achieve what I put my mind to! If you are just joining me, welcome to my PCOS blog! If you would like to read from day 1, then I'll see you back here in a bit, if you're already following my journey, thank you!

Day 15
It’s the first day of week 3 and I am feeling motivated!!!
For breakfast this morning I had yoghurt (FAGE 5% fat Greek yoghurt) with honey and granola and then I got out for my morning power walk before I started my day of work. For lunch, I had a poached egg with onion and mushroom bake. For my afternoon snack, I had a chopped up apple and then after work, I got out for a long walk along the beach.
For tea, we got take away from Air Mex and I had a Mexican style burrito with grilled chicken and salad.
Day 16
I started my day off with a power walk along the beach and then for breakfast I had yoghurt, granola and honey. I then started my day of work and for lunch, I had a smashed avocado, a poached egg and the leftover filling from last night’s burrito. I had a chopped up apple for my afternoon snack and then after work, I unpacked Hello Fresh (I’ve got a discount code for £20 off your first order). I then created my own recipe for Low Carb, Low Sugar Banana Bread Muffins. For tea, I reheated some of the pasta I didn’t eat on Day 14.
Day 17

It was raining really heavily this morning but I still got out for my morning power walk! I had my breakfast which was banana bread muffin with yoghurt.
I started my day of work and for lunch, I had a tuna, cherry tomato and lettuce salad. After work, I took the dogs for a walk along the beach and then for tea I had mince and dumplings and I only had 1 dumpling which was really hard because these are my favourite meal!
Day 18
For breakfast, I had yoghurt honey and granola on the go and then I went out for my morning power walk.
I then started my day of work and for lunch, I had pita bread with tuna, cherry tomatoes and cheese and salad. I then went out for my second walk of the day. I have decided to get my Fitbit Versa out; I’m finding it really helpful and motivating so far as it keeps track of exercises I'm doing and I can use the app to track my food intake and water intake to make sure I am getting the right amount of food and water!
I had a banana muffin for my afternoon snack and for tea I had Mexican beef loaded wedges but I only had a couple of wedges as I'm trying to keep my carb intake down.
Day 19
It was raining really heavy this morning but I took a brolly and still got out. For breakfast, I had banana muffins and then I started my day of work. For lunch, I had fried halloumi with cherry tomatoes and salad. I made sure to stay hydrated throughout the day, I’m trying to drink 1.5 litres at the moment. After work, I went for a walk just before a huge storm started! For tea, I had salmon noodle bowl from NUDE Food and then we got the Nintendo Wii out, I forgot how amazing the Nintendo Wii is and it's actually got some pretty good games. We played Mario Party and then I obviously had to get on JUST DANCE... which is actually really good exercise!
Day 20

For breakfast, I had yoghurt, honey and frozen blueberries and then I got out for an hours power walk and I got soaked by the rain! I've found power walking has been a great way to get in my low-intensity exercise as I really enjoy being outdoors and exploring new and old places!
For lunch, I had two poached eggs, some halloumi and smashed avocado. This afternoon I went shopping for some food and then for tea, I had homemade meatball and mash with Pak Choi.
Day 21
For breakfast, I had yoghurt, granola and honey and then I went out for a walk. We discovered a woodland area that we had never been to before, so it was really exciting to find somewhere new on our little island! For lunch, I had a tuna steak with salad and then we watched a film before heading out to the beach for a bbq! I did treat myself to some grilled marshmallows as a little celebration for reaching the end of week 3!
Thank you to everyone supporting and following my PCOS journey; I'm aiming to raise awareness of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome which has had a big impact on my life. I post all of my daily videos on my TikTok and Youtube channels if you would like to follow along!
